| The Provincial Webmaster will build a web-site and run it for 12 months for the Lodge making the highest bid. All the Lodge has to do is provide the information to be included. The site will have the required UGLE Charter Mark. .... Once you have agreed on your bid,
submit it before the 30th November 2009 closing date. All proceeds will go to the Grand Charity Festival.
